One of the largest employers in the Riverland, AgriExchange employs 200 permanent staff and the equivalent of 500 full time equivalent positions in casual employees across its operations.

Given the seasonal nature of our industry, it is possible for AgriExchange staff numbers to increase to well over 3,500 during peak packing and harvest periods.

Staff enjoy excellent working conditions and are given opportunities to expand their skills and knowledge through numerous training programs and initiatives, including People First!, a programme aimed at improving the character of all employees and keeping them abreast at what is happening across the business.

Employees safety at work is of major importance to AgriExchange and we take the reporting of incidents and investigation into accidents very seriously. Our goal is to eliminate workplace injuries and management and employees actively work together to achieve this goal.
