History

AgriExchange was founded under the name Yandilla Park in 1972 by the Weigall family. The company began as a citrus growing and packing enterprise on the banks of the River Murray in Renmark, South Australia and has since become one of the largest vertically integrated horticultural companies in the nation.
Yandilla Park was sold to the publicly listed company Chiquita Brands South Pacific Ltd,in 2005. The family-owned Costa Group took control of Chiquita and Yandilla Park in late 2006 and amid a restructure renamed the Yandilla Park operation AgriExchange.

The company’s growth has been built on hard work, enterprising staff, high standards, innovation, progressive marketing and rewarding our growers fairly for the fruits of their labour.  The company’s ethical and transparent systems and dealings have led to a loyal, dedicated and visionary group of growers, collectively known as Vitor growers, supporting and prospering in partnership with the company.

The commitment to ethical and transparent business dealings and rewarding growers for the quality, size and variety of fruit they grow remains true under the new ownership.
